in kansas city, missouri, and across much of the football world after a horrible tragedy that has left an nfl star player and his girlfriend dead in an apparent murder-suicide. police say kansas city chiefs linebacker jovan belcher shot the 22-year-old woman before he headed to the stadium he was expected to play in tomorrow afternoon. it was there he turned the gun on himself. thanh truong joins us from arrowhead stadium in kansas city. good evening. >> reporter: good evening to you. arrowhead stadium is a symbol of pride for this city and the kansas city chiefs but there is a lot of sorrow here right now after a deadly day ended not far from where i'm standing. shortly before 8:00 this morning, gunfire erupted at this kansas city suburban home. >> when we arrived, a lady came out and said her daughter had been shot by her boyfriend several times inside the residence. we went in the residence. she was taken to the local hospital where she died a short time later. >> reporter: just ten minutes later at arrowhead stadium a man with a gun. >> we got a call at the arrowhead stadium to the

top cities picked up over 5 1/2 inches of rain. san francisco, not too far behind. 2 1/2, to get down to the south bay, gilroy, 2 1/2 in san francisco topping out right at -- san jose, rather, at 1 1/2 now. we are watching more rain with this next system as you menged, diane. it's going to be very powerful. flash flood watches do mean that flash flooding is likely tomorrow. we're going to be telling you how much rain is going to fall. another thing that's very important, those rivers have been rising. we're going to detail all of that coming up. >> thank you, anthony. as you mentioned, people in the north bay are preparing for this north storm as potential flooding in some areas. the national weather service issued a warning today projecting that the napa river will rise two feet above flood stage by tomorrow afternoon near the towns. and today in downtown napa the river is running. it took about 12 feet. that is well below flood level of 25 feet. that change can change very quickly with a flash flood. >> you know, tomorrow i think is the day that we're kind of worried about more than

their personal information stolen after the company that handles the city's ambulance -- >> basically that they had an employee who had fraudulently and illegally access patient information of customers that we had transported here in berkeley. >> reporter: a spokesperson for intermedics, a florida-based company owned by advanced data processing, says the information may have been given to a florida crime ring, known for using stolen information to file fake tax returns. >> it could be personal information such as name, social security number and date of birth and file fraudulent tax returns with an attempt it to get a refund. >> reporter: the company has sent out warning letters to 931 people in the bay area. they're urging patients to monitor their bank accounts and credit cards and to contact the irs. >> your taxes are all things? credit card information? just your personal information leaking out, period, it's a violation. >> reporter: lisa elle yus just got discharged from the hospital. she didn't need an ambulance, but she said those who do shouldn't be slapped with a worry like
